SUN - SATURDAY - SUMMER - SUNFLOWERS - SPLENDID!
Pretty much sums up my day. - Hope yours was fabulous too!
Breakfast: WATER + 2 Advocare pro biotic
A Trip to the Carmel Farmer's Market - I picked up 3 lbs. of boneless chicken breasts - organic and free range from an Amish farm in Indiana, My Dad's corn - the BEST sweet corn around from a farm out of Tipton (I am going to make a batch of corn chowder with it this week) and 5 GORGEOUS sunflowers.
Lunch: Spinach salad from the salad bar at Earth Fare (just opened in Carmel) topped with shredded chicken, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes with tomato vinaigrette dressing - so yum~I was not overly impressed with the store as a whole but have an awesome cold/hot salad/soup bar.
Snack: Advocare Spark & an hour on the treadmill + ab workout
Dinner: just not all that hungry for some reason so I opted for a bloody Mary & a screwdriver at Indiana Downs while watching the horse races instead! All about the vitamins....;)
